This large garden-room / studio started off as an inquiry about velux roof-lights: the clients were artists, very concerned with light and aesthetics. After much discussion we decided on quite a traditional “look” – the resulting room is a warm, light and flexible space, clad in oak and local stone, with green oak framing.
A pond runs at sill level, incorporating their beautiful garden with the house.
